	RAYLASE incorporates industry-leading know-how and R & D to deliver precise state of the art electronics focused on satisfying customers' application requirements. In addition to innovative electronic components built into the deflection units and power control devices, the RAYLASE electronics portfolio consists of intelligent control cards to drive the deflection units. These also function as an interface between software and mechanical systems with the capacity to control external machines.

	SP-ICE The SP-ICE control card is an intelligent card either for use with a PC or as a stand-alone version. It is equiped with advanced scanning functions. The SP-ICE control card consists of a complete processor system for deflection unit and laser control in real time. Marking vectors are transferred from the PC to the SP-ICE control card, which stores these vectors and controls the deflection unit accordingly, as soon as processing is enabled. This allows real time control of the laser and deflection unit, even if the host PC is not a real time system, it is needed for other purposes or if the SP-ICE control card is working in a stand-alone configuration. The signals available on the SP-ICE control card include a laser modulation (LM) system signal for controlling Nd:YAG or CO2 lasers. Optional ports allow the SP-ICE control card to be adapted to customer requirements. Read more			RLC-PCI / RLC-USB The RLC contol card - available as PCI version or USB device - provides accurate synchronous control of laser systems incorporating 2- and 3-axis deflection units, external machines, and controllers as well as the laser itself. It is fully integrated into RAYLASE´s weldMARK® and RLScribe marking and control software. These packages provide a fast-track solution for industrial and job shop applications. Read more Master-Slave Master-Slave is an option for the SP-ICE control card and enables repetition of jobs, with each master having the capability of managing 1 or 3 slaves, resulting in 2 or 4 deflection units operating simultaneously on the same job. It is the perfect solution for mass production where there is a demand for high volumes with fast production times.

				MOTF The MOTF (Marking-on-the-fly) add-on board is an option for the SP-ICE control card and was developed for marking moving target objects. The movement of the target object is tracked by an encoder. The encoder generates pulses as the target moves. The pulses are received by the MOTF add-on board and then transmitted to the SP-ICE control card. The encoder signals are interpreted so that the marking can follow the movement of the target. The marking process can be triggered either by the encoder information or an external start routine.
